In a nutshell, we live in a trailer in Oklahoma and we live in a trailer park. Since my trailer is fairly nice inside and the kitchen has new appliances (and because no one in my house ever wants to eat the same thing) and since I love cookbooks - we've christened my kitchen as The White Trash Cafe.

Hi Yall
Welcome to The White Trash Cafe. This blog is a spin-off from PRACTiCAL CHiCK AtomiK Kitten, and will host all of the Rednek Kwiz-ine currently over there plus new recipes.
In a nutshell, we live in a trailer in Oklahoma and we live in a trailer park.
