2 lbs fish fillets
1/2 t salt
2/3 c mayo
3 T Dijon mustard
2 T parmesan
2 t chives
Preheat your broiler. Line your broiler pan with foil (cut slits in it, dummy) and spray with cooking spray.
Put fillets on prepared pan. Sprinkle with salt.
Combine mayo and mustard in a small bowl; mix well. Spread over fillets.
Sprinkle them with parmesan. Broil fillets until top is lightly browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with chives.
